- Nabil Datoo05.09.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Decent dycleaners dating back to 3 years ago, but in recent times, they've dropped astronomically with their core service. The front desk staff are just there as 'bodies' and have zero knowledge of clothing/fabric care and obviously their lack of this knowledge does not translate to the guys in the back operating the equipment and carrying out the process.
This led to 3 of my brand new, tailored shirts being ruined as they mixed it with a garment that shed its yarns into the shirts, permanently discoloring them. I offered them a second chance with my suit and winter coats after highlighting this issue and the result - my blazer came back with the canvas bubbled, winter coats pressed poorly.
Important to let customers know this, hence the review - not the same business it once was. will not use them again.
